BIA-Hawaii's Fall General Membership and Election Luncheon, Construction Headwinds: The Outlook for Home Building with guest speakers, Robert Dietz, Ph.D., Chief Economist, National Association of Home Builders and Philip ME Garboden, Hawaii Community Reinvestment Corporation Professor.
BIA-Hawaii Board President, Marshall Hickox, will present association updates and provide information on legislative progress.
This is the last General Membership Meeting of the year, and in addition to the outlook for home building, members will also cast their ballots for the 2020 Board of Director positions and Contractor, Developer, and Associate of the year awards.
Both members and non-members are welcome to attend.
