Limits on Contributions Received

A person may contribute an aggregate amount of $1,000 per election (i.e., $1,000 for the primary and $1,000 for the general) to a noncandidate committee.

Contributions by a corporation must be tallied. Limitations should be confirmed with the Campaign Spending Commission to confirm compliance.
