2023 Builder of the Year: Paul Silen (Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc.) and Evan Fujimoto (Graham Builders) for their philanthropic efforts to execute the Build a Hawaiian Home project

2023 Associate of the Year:  Rachel Martin (HMAA) for efforts to expand the BIA+HMAA group health insurance member benefit
