• Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training (PACT) Program

  • The Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training (PACT) is a comprehensive vocation training program that provides participants with an overview of construction industry trades; gives participants opportunities to earn nationally recognized certificates; and, assists participants with career readiness training. The program builds awareness and understanding of the different trade opportunities and the skills needed to pursue a career in the industry. This gives them a competitive advantage for entry-level positions in the workforce and apprenticeship programs.

  • 2018 Green Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training Program

    Application deadline is May 11, 2018

    Project GreenPACT is a community funded project to train Hawaii residents interested in qualifying for entry-level jobs in the construction industry. It is funded through a generous grant from the Mamoru and Aiko Takitani Foundation and Building Industry Association of Hawaii members and supporters.
