    Ryan Gross

    Vice President of Sales and Marketing, D.R. Horton Hawaii
    Ryan Gross is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for D.R. Horton, America?s Largest Homebuilder. He directs sales and marketing operations for the state, that help make dreams of homeownership in Hawaii a reality for individuals and families alike. Prior to leading the team, Ryan was a top producing new home salesperson, setting company records and receiving awards of excellence for over a decade.
     
    Ryan is passionate about sharing his infectious excitement for homeownership in Hawaii, particularly as it pertains to the growing master-planned community of Hoopili. His fundamental approach to success is Hustle and Make Things Happen. When he can disconnect he enjoys time with his Ohana, playing games, hanging at the beach, and traveling the world. 



    Daryl Takamiya

    Director, Castle & Cooke
    Daryl Takamiya is Sr project engineer and RME of Castle & Cooke. He has worked in multiple aspects of the industry from design to construction of commercial, highway, military and residential projects. He has also run the operation and maintenance side of shopping centers and hotels. He enjoys residential construction the most, however, having overseen the construction of well over 2,000 homes. Daryl holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently the 2020 Building Industry Association of Hawaii vice president.



    Dean Uchida
    Senior Project Manager/Strategic Service Group, SSFM International, Inc.
    Mr. Uchida is currently a Senior Project Manager in SSFM’s Strategic Services Group and provides real estate advisory and project management services to a wide cross section of private corporations and public agencies.

     
    Prior to SSFM, he was at D.R. Horton-Schuler Division and responsible for the Hoopili Development in East Kapolei.  He was also the Executive Director of the Land Use Research Foundation of Hawaii (LURF), which is a private, non-profit research and trade organization whose members are major Hawaii landowners and developers.  Prior to that, he was Administrator of the Land Division with the State Department of Land and Natural Resources.  Mr. Uchida has been involved, from both the private and public sectors, in real estate development, property management, land use law and land use planning in Hawaii since 1981. 
     

     
     
    Beau Nobmann
    Sales Manager, HPM Building Supplier
    Beau Nobmann is the Oahu Sales Manager for HPM Building Supply a 99-year-old Local company. 
    Beau came from another family-run company in Northern California where he spent 12 years learning and growing in the Lumber and Building Supply Business.   HPM found him and because of his experience in Oahu during his 4 years attending Brigham Young University – Hawaii in Laie and his lumber and building supply background, he was a good fit for their Oahu market expansion.  He has served on the BIA Board of Directors for 4 years and is currently the President-Elect for the BIA. He also is the Chair of our BIA Education Committee and has a passion for growth through education and teaching the younger generation about the success that can be found in the various aspects of the Construction Industry.  He has an amazing wife and four active boys
    .
