Please join us for a special GMM dedicated to the the 2024 Election. Advanced registration is required as we need Quorum to conduct the election.

Housekeeping: Please ensure your full name & and company is listed in your Zoom account in the attendee area (edit name as necessary) to ensure we count your ballot. Phone numbers or company names on Zoom screen will not be counted as ballot entries for voting purposes.

Bylaws excerpt references regarding elections: In accordance with Section 5.2 of our association bylaws, each voting member in good standing is entitled to one vote.
In accordance with Section 6.2 of our association bylaws, the Board of Directors will consist of at least three members, but not more than 20 members. All Directors must be Members, a majority must be Builder Members, and at least one of the Directors must be an Associate Member.
In accordance with Section 11.2 of our association bylaws, additional nominations may be made from the floor.
