PRESENTING EVENT SPONSOR

We have spaces available along with additional marketing opportunities and sponsorship available.

Our home show is a great place to get exposure for a business. We operate as a nonprofit organization, so no sale of items is allowed on the show floor as we don't want to jeopardize our tax-exempt status. As an exhibitor, you are only allowed to display products/services and offer coupons, discounts, special rates for clients who come into your establishment. You can ask show attendees to come into your store to purchase items or contact them outside of the show.

New to the show? Member rates are best, so if you're not a member, consider joining. Membership applications are available online. 

Payments can be mailed or made online. Do you have a log-in for the BIA-Hawaii Payment Portal? If not, let us know and we'll set you up.

We are currently accepting commitment deposits to participate in our next home show. Due to COVID-19, the process has been modified. You can put a commitment deposit for a booth and be placed on a waitlist in numeric order. You will not be able to choose your booth location at the time you register your commitment. Once we have remapped the floor plan with COVID-19 guidelines, you will be contacted to choose your booth location by the numeric order or your registration. 

Booth location is based upon your commitment registration.

For Example: If you register and pay your commitment deposit for a booth on Monday, April 19, 2021, at 8 am you will be placed on the waitlist with this timestamp. If you register and pay your commitment registration for a booth on Monday, April 19, 2021, at 8:02 am you will be placed number two on the waitlist to choose a booth location. 

If you are an exhibitor who chose to roll over your deposit from last year to participate in the show you are already on our waitlist.
 
How to secure a commitment:

Step One: Complete registration for booth commitment. (Registration Link)

Step Two: Pay for your commitment in full. To be added to our waitlist your commitment must be paid in full. If you choose to pay by check you will be added to the waitlist the day, we process your check.

Step Three: Complete, and sign your commitment contract. Once completed email your contract to Vanessa at vanessa@biahawaii.org

BOOTH RATES:

• BIA-Hawaii's mid-year Home Building & Remodeling Show draws approximately 10,000 attendees each year.  BIA-Hawaii's exhibitors are licensed contractors and suppliers in compliance with State laws who have been reviewed by BBB and the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs for complaints. Attendees learn how to budget, design, and plan for their projects by talking with exhibitors, attending seminars, and taking advantage of the hundreds of displays and examples at the show.
