To save your spot, complete your commitment form and payment; booth preferences will be accessible in order by registration date/time stamp upon receipt of your form and payment. You will receive notice from us when you are able to access the floorplan and choose your booth preferences.

Commitments represent our mutual agreement to hold space for you in the home show; commitment fees are non-refundable. 

 
ROLL-FORWARD EXHIBITORS:
Through the pandemic, BIA Hawaii offered exhibitors an opportunity to roll-forward commitments to the 'next' in-person show. In April 2022, BIA Hawaii held its first in-person show in two years, and the upcoming September show represents the second in-person opportunity for exhibitors to apply their deposits/commitments. The September show is the last opportunity to 'roll-forward' commitments and related booth payments; commitments unapplied to the September show will be forfeited to BIA Hawaii and related booth payments will be refunded.
 
SECURE YOUR SPOT IN THE SHOW:

Step One: 
Submit a commitment form & payment at EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION. Time-stamp will be recorded by BIA Hawaii.

Step Two: 
We will notify you when the floor plan becomes available, and you may choose booth preference in the time-stamp order of your registration. An Exhibitor's Packet will be emailed to you containing mandatory deadlines, booth decor/furnishing/electric order forms, and important show information.

Step Three: 
Submit your final booth payment, your Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the show dates, and your name badge order form by the mandatory deadlines listed in your Exhibitor's Packet.
