  • PROGRAM DETAILS
    The Building Industry Association of Hawaii has been awarded a federal Department of Labor grant to provide education and training to address occupational safety and health hazards encountered in residential construction.

    Employees and employers throughout Hawaii and on Guam, Saipan Tinian, and Rota who work on residential construction job-sites are invited to attend! This project seeks to address residential construction's unique hazards and challenges through a safety and injury prevention training that is accessible to workers and employers in the Asia-Pacific region, specifically in Hawaii, Guam, and Saipan, with an emphasis on young inexperienced workers and small businesses who are more likely to be working on residential construction jobs.
