As a Certified Tool Instructor for Simpson Strong-Tie, Joel has spent years sharing his expertise with aspiring tradespeople. His commitment to education has made him a fixture at BIA-Hawaii’s Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training (PACT) program, where he has volunteered as an instructor for several years, providing hands-on training and industry insights.

As one of the earliest contributors to the BIA Construction Training Center (CTC) in Waipahu, we proudly donated the first $25,000 to help establish this critical training facility.
