Reservation Review Process
- All booth reservations are reviewed for approval.
- Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent with any applicable discounts applied.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Full payment is due at the time of booking.
- All payments must be received by July 5, 2025.
- Cancellations made before July 15, 2025 are eligible for a refund minus a $500 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued after July 15, 2025.
