Frequently Asked Questions

What are the requirements?

All participants must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be drug-free (drug screening is part of the application process)

How long is this program?

 PACT is an accelerated 6-week program with classes 3 days a week for approx. 3 hours per session

What certifications can I earn?

Participants can earn nationally recognized safety certifications:

  • First Aid with Adult CPR and Automated External Defibrillation (AED)
  • Safety & Health Standards for Construction 10-hour training

Certificates of completion for:

  • Basic Principles for Construction
  • Fundamentals of Green Building
  • Introduction to Construction Trades

The Construction Training Center of the Pacific (CTC-Pacific), 94-487 Akoki Street, Waipahu, Hawaii 96797.
