    2.  What is basic building construction.  How to identify trouble areas and who      to call.
    3.  Learn about accessory dwelling units (ADU)
    4.  Permitting basics

    This workshop counts for four (4) continuing education credits (Registered with the DCCA Real Estate Commission for the 2019-2020 biennium), approved provider - BIA Hawaii
