    Event Description:

    Both seasoned and novice Realtors will benefit from this workshop, taught by a license general contractor.

     Participants will learn:

    • The difference between types of builders
    • Basic building construction – How to identify trouble areas and who to call
    • Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's) 
    • Permitting basics



    This workshop counts for four (4) continuing education credits (registered with the DCCA Real Estate Commission for the 2017-2018 biennium), Approved Provider - BIA-Hawaii
